These terms and conditions apply to all the registered members of 'Peter England Milestones' by Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, a division of Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited whose registered office is at Indian Rayon Compound, Veraval, Gujarat. Every member agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions when shopping at Peter England stores.
As an enrolled member of 'Peter England Milestones', you agree to the below mentioned Terms and Conditions.

Milestones Enrollment Rules

• You become a member of the Peter England Milestones program by making a purchase of Rs.100/- and above and by filling up the registration form. Your mobile phone number will serve as unique identification for the Peter England Milestones membership. You agree to ensure that you will provide correct details when you apply for the Peter England Milestones and your failure to do so may invalidate your membership. Your responsibility to provide accurate information is a continuing obligation and you must notify Peter England in the event that any information provided by you changes.
• Only individuals can apply for Peter England Milestones. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate. Each member may only hold one Peter England Milestones membership and membership may not be held jointly. Your membership is exclusive to you alone
• The individual's Peter England Milestones enrollment is only available to persons over the age of 18, membership is accepted at the sole and absolute discretion of Peter England.Any unauthorized or attempted use by persons under the age of 18 will be null and void.
• Points accrued by you under the Peter England Milestones are for your benefit and will not be transferred to anyone. Points are transferable to a legal spouse or domestic partner in he case of documented death. Points are not transferable to another person for any other reason, including divorce or inheritance.
• The information that you will provide to the Company while filling up the application and redeeming points is processed and stored in the Company's information systems. To help you get the maximum benefit out of the Peter England Milestones program we will send you regular updates and relevant tips regarding your membership. We will only disclose your information if the Company is called upon to disclose the information by any court of law or any law enforcement agency.
• When you register for the Peter England Milestones program you give us the right to communicate with you through email, SMS, phone calls, direct mail and other means of communication

Peter England Milestones Membership Fees

Membership to the Peter England Milestones program is free. Peter England reserves the absolute right to withdraw, cancel or suspend your membership (at its sole discretion) for any reason whatsoever.

Earning Reward Points

You will earn reward points by purchasing products from exclusive Peter England stores. To earn reward points you will have to purchase any product priced above Rs.100/- and shall have to provide your phone number, name, date of birth, anniversary (if applicable) and address at the Peter England Store where you have purchased the product. The details provided by you will be stored in our database and shall be used only for sending you communications with respect to new products, offers and administration of Milestones related information. Each point earned by you as a member will be equal to one rupee. All members will start as Classic Members by default. You will be upgraded to a slab as soon as you satisfy both criterion i.e. purchase value till date and number of purchases. All the items in one bill will be treated as one purchase. Also all the bills made in one day will be treated as single purchase. Unless and until you complete the above steps, no right, title or interest in the Reward Points has been earned by you. The Program is provided by Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, a division of Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited (PE) for its Peter England range of Products and is restricted to individuals who make purchases from Company-owned or Franchisee-owned stores of Peter England. If your right to use the Reward Points is suspended or terminated for any reason, your participation in the Program will be terminated. Peter England will not compensate you for unredeemed Reward Points in the event your Program participation is suspended or terminated.
Peter England reserves its rights to alter the benefits scheme at and for any particular period of time.

PE Milestones - Program Benefits

The Peter England Milestones membership can only be used at selected Peter England Exclusive Stores. Points are awarded only for goods purchased at full MRP and paid for.
Peter England and their participating vendors will determine from time to time which goods qualify for points and the number of points that will be credited for purchase of such goods. Peter England Milestones is only applicable and valid for purchases at selected Peter England Exclusive Stores. Points will only be earned for purchases made at the Peter England Exclusive Stores covered under the Program. Points activity summaries will be notified to you from time to time. You must notify Peter England Milestones helpdesk of any alleged inaccuracies in the point's activity summary provided to them within four weeks of the receipt of the same. Any failure to inform the inaccuracies within the prescribed time limit shall be taken as correct and accepted by you.
Any inaccuracies brought to the notice of Peter England within the prescribed time will be verified and a decision taken related to the alleged inaccuracies will be communicated to the member and such decision of Peter England shall be final and binding.
The points earned cannot be pooled with the points earned by any other Peter England Milestones member. Points cannot be redeemed for cash value and can be redeemed only for goods. A maximum of up to 99% of the bill value can be redeemed through Loyalty points. Points cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of this agreement.
All decisions relating to your membership or points are at Peter England's sole discretion.

Program Terms

Participation in the Peter England Milestones is subject to the above mentioned terms. Any failure to follow these terms, any abuse of Peter England Milestones privileges, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to Peter England by you or anyone acting on your behalf, may result in the termination of your eligibility in the Program and the cancellation and forfeiture of accrued reward points.
The Company may amend the Peter England Milestones Rules at any time without notice. The Company has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Peter England Milestones Rules.
The Peter England Milestones Program structure and redemption criterion is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at the Company's discretion, with or without notice. The Company reserves the right to withdraw, increase etc. the Peter England Milestone points as per their discretion. This means that the accumulation of Peter England Milestones does not entitle you to any vested rights with respect to such reward Points.
The Company has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Peter England Milestones rules at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points, or the ability to obtain certain Rewards. The Company may, among other things:
a) increase or decrease the number of Points received for purchase of product or merchandise;
b) withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any Reward;
c) restrict the continued availability of Rewards;
d) change program benefits, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting Points, or rules governing the use of Rewards;

Points and Rewards earned through participating in the program may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of Milestones Points, is the sole responsibility of the Member.
In the case of fraud or abuse involving the Milestones, point credit, Reward use, the Company has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including but not limited to revocation/cancellation of any Reward and/or termination of Peter England Milestones and points earned through the Peter England Milestones may be forfeited.
The Company has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Peter England Milestones Rules, and all questions or disputes regarding these Peter England Milestones Rules will be resolved by the Company in its sole discretion.

 

LOYALTY PROGRAM TIER STRUCTURE

Classic Tier:

• Earn 3 points per INR 100 spent at an Peter England exclusive store anywhere in India
  
• To be eligible for the Classic tier, you’d need to make a single bill at an Peter England exclusive store anywhere in India
  
• Upgrade to the Silver or Gold tier can be done by making a cumulative purchase of INR 3001 or 6001 INR  respectively, from the date of enrolment
  

Silver Tier:

• Earn 5 points per INR 100 spent at an Peter England exclusive store anywhere in India
• To be eligible for the Silver tier, you’d need to make a single bill at an Peter England exclusive store anywhere in India
• Upgrade to the Gold or Platinum tier can be done by making a cumulative purchase of INR 6001 or INR 12001 respectively, from the date of enrolment

Gold Tier:

• Earn 7 points per INR 100 spent at an Peter England exclusive store anywhere in India
• To be eligible for the Gold tier, you’d need to make a cumulative purchase of INR 6001 from the date of enrolment
• Upgrade to the Platinum tier by making a cumulative purchase of INR 12,001 from the date of enrolment

Platinum Tier:

• Earn 10 points per INR 100 spent at an Peter England exclusive store anywhere in India
• To be eligible for the Platinum tier, you’d need to make a cumulative purchase of INR 12001 from the date of enrolment
